The patient or family member contacts us to inquire about services or schedule a hospital visit.

A nurse and physical therapist will follow up to screen the patient according to the hospital’s admission criteria.

Confirm appointment date for admission.

Register as a new patient

Initial health screening before admission (ATK / vital signs / medical history + physical examination)

Check in to room (nurse orients patient on room usage and care guidelines)

Physical therapist schedules treatment sessions

A nurse conducts a physical assessment, registers the patient’s medications, and identifies individual care needs.

The patient receives physical therapy treatment, including behavioral training and wellness education for both the patient and their caregiver.

During the stay, the patient is cared for by registered nurses around the clock.

Before discharge, the patient receives self-care and exercise guidance from a registered nurse and physical therapist for continued recovery.

The patient is scheduled for a follow-up at Kanya Physical Therapy Hospital, or referred to the nearest Kanya Physical Therapy Clinic branch. If overnight stay is not required, the patient will be referred to the nearest Kanya clinic for continued treatment.
